Business Development Manager; Exhibits, Sponsorships & Advertising
The Business Development Managers are key sales resources for BICSI's products Exhibits, Sponsorships, and Advertising portfolio. Together, they are responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sold products and services. Each manager focuses on selling BICSI's conference exhibits, sponsorship opportunities, and advertising products while building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
The managers collaborate to meeting revenue targets and provide customized solutions for clients while maintaining individual accountability for their assigned accounts and sales efforts. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Department and other internal teams, they identify sales opportunities, develop tailored sales strategies, and ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled with excellence.
The Business Development managers report directly to the VP of Meeting Services with dotted-line relationships to the SVP of Marketing & Communications.

Conference Manager
The Conference Manager oversees and executes one of BICSI’s two flagship conferences from inception to completion, working multiple years in advance on the assigned conference, and is also responsible for managing other assigned events. To perform this job successfully, the manager must understand and conceptualize an event plan from an initial, big picture vision to implementation of a detailed project plan; must have expertise in large conference events; must have knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; and must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The individual in this role is meticulous and must also possess excellent customer service and project management skills. The Conference Manager works collaboratively with other Meeting Services team members, as well as cross-departmentally to evolve and grow BICSI’s conference portfolio. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Meeting Services.

Event Registration Specialist
The Event Registration Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of attendee registration for BICSI conferences and events. This role ensures a seamless registration process while providing exceptional, customer-centric service before, during, and after events. The Event Registration Specialist also supports the operational needs of BICSI’s Events portfolio by collaborating with internal teams, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers to deliver a positive and successful experience for all stakeholders.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Event Registration Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of BICSI’s conferences and events while upholding a professional and welcoming experience for all attendees.
This position reports directly to a Conference Manager, with a dotted-lined reporting relationship to the Events Manager.

Exhibit and Sponsorship Specialist
The Exhibit and Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of exhibitor and sponsorship activities for BICSI’s conferences and events. This role involves coordinating exhibitor contracts, booth assignments, logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and on-site floor management to ensure a seamless and successful experience for all stakeholders.
The Specialist works closely with internal teams, exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors to support BICSI’s events portfolio, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s conferences and events. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional service, and ensuring operational excellence.
The position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to a Conference Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Events Manager, this role also collaborates closely with the Business Development Manager of Exhibits, Sponsorships & Advertising.

Instructional Designer
The experienced Instructional Designer will work as an integral part of a collaborative instructional development team responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Association's education and training programs. The incumbent must be able to independently develop end-to-end entry and advanced level courses using a variety of multimedia technology and authoring tools.

Senior Technical Editor
The Senior Technical Editor is responsible for supervising the editing and coordination of the production of BICSI's technical publications and accredited international standards. This role ensures that all documents are clear, accurate, consistent, and comply with the organization's editorial guidelines, industry standards, and accreditation requirements. The Senior Technical Editor works closely with authors, subject matter experts, the Senior Technical Designer, and other team members to produce high-quality publications that enhance BICSI's reputation and support its mission within the industry.

Product Marketing Director
The Product Marketing Director at BICSI is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across BICSI's products and services. This individual will oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, emerging trends, and leveraging AI technologies to optimize marketing strategies. The Product Marketing Director will manage a team of content creators, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

Content Marketing Specialist
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, editing, and managing content across BICSI's digital and print platforms to enhance the organization's visibility and engagement. This role develops compelling, accurate, and audience-focused materials, including website content, marketing collateral, newsletters, and social media posts. The Content Specialist ensures that all content aligns with BICSI's brand guidelines and supports the organization's strategic objectives. Working collaboratively with internal departments and stakeholders, the Content Specialist plays a critical role in delivering consistent and impactful messaging. By leveraging best practices in content strategy and digital communication, this position enhances BICSI's outreach efforts and contributes to advancing its mission to support the ICT profession.

Vice President of Standards & Publications
As the leading global authority in ICT, BICSI's position of Vice President of Standards & Publications will provide strategic leadership to align its publications and ANSI-accredited international standards program with the association's mission, while ensuring strict compliance with accredited standards development requirements. Specifically, the VP is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and dissemination of BICSI's international ICT design, installation, and project management accredited standards, as well as leading practice publications. The incumbent will drive key initiatives, foster innovation, and oversee long-term strategies to enhance department performance. She/he will lead and develop the department staff, manage financial stewardship, and ensure operational excellence. This leader will ensure that BICSI's standards and publications not only meet and exceed the needs of the ICT profession but will also set a global benchmark for excellence and innovation.
This newly created position will elevate and support the association's standards and publications, one of the three core strategic priorities. The Vice President of Standards & Publications will report directly to the chief executive officer and serve on the senior leadership team.
This position is based in Tampa, Florida. The incumbent must reside or relocate within commuting distance to the Tampa area.
