Mission Statement
To establish and administer a Code of Ethics and Professional Obligations that enhances the professional value of the BICSI members and those holding BICSI credentials.
Ethics Committee General Task
The Ethics Committee has the responsibility of administering the following:
Charges of misconduct against BICSI members or those holding BICSI credentials, found in violation of the above Code of Ethics and Professional Obligations, will be reviewed by the Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee will take the necessary action to resolve the issue after a full and thorough investigation of the charges.
BICSI members and those holding BICSI credentials are held to the highest principles of professional and ethical behavior. The Ethics Committee has been established, in part, to promote these principles.

BICSI is committed to an environment with a professional atmosphere in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. We prohibit all types of harassment meaning that all relationships among persons must be business-like and free of bias, prejudice and harassment. Therefore, BICSI does not tolerate discrimination against or harassment of or by our employees, contractors, consultants, applicants, members, volunteers or vendors.
